Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 August 2026

This policy explains what Twin Pixel collects when you play our game, why, and what control you have over it.

Information we collect

Account information. If you create an account we store your email address and a display name. If you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your email address and name from them. If you use Sign in with Apple's private relay, we only ever see the relay address. You can play as a guest without providing any of this; a guest is identified only by a random value generated on your device.

Gameplay information. We store your experience points, level, matches played and wins, so your progress follows you between devices and so leaderboards work.

Chat and voice. Text messages you send in a game room are relayed to the other players in that room. Voice chat, when you enable it, is streamed live to the other players in your match. We do not record, store or listen to voice audio, and we do not retain chat messages after delivery.

Device permissions. Microphone access is requested only when you turn voice chat on, and may be refused without affecting the rest of the game.

What we do not do

We do not show adverts. We use no analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your information.

Who processes your data

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Children

The game is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the game, under Settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated.
